Carl Jenkins specializes in executive management services. Mr. Jenkins has over 20 years of experience working on a broad range of operational and financial diligence, interim management, accounting, financial advisory and operational engagements, both as a consultant and in company-side executive roles. His additional industry experience includes clean energy, mining, steel, aviation and professional services.

For the last eight years, Mr. Jenkins has specialized in providing executive management services. In particular, finance-related roles that have encompassed producing and implementing 13-week cash flow, execution of weekly and monthly reporting packages, annual budget preparation along with longer term financial projections, and working closely with sales and operations.

Mr. Jenkins has worked on numerous telecommunications engagements over his career, including Excite@Home, AT&T Indonesia, Reach, a joint venture between PCCW and Telstra, Global Crossing, Allegiance Telecom, and more recently on a number of RLEC, directory, terrestrial and sub-sea cable, and tower engagements.

Mr. Jenkins has worked on several activism and merger and acquisition engagements, representing either the company in defense of a campaign or engaged by the activist investor to assist in their campaign. Typically, these engagements utilize a combination of Mr. Jenkins’ operational and financial expertise.

Throughout Mr. Jenkins’ career, he has operated in situations where disruption is occurring and where cash management is imperative. These engagements typically involve unusually complex situations and are always time sensitive.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Jenkins was the Vice President of Business Development of the largest independent helicopter maintenance repair and overhaul (“MRO”) operations with a commercial helicopter flying organization servicing the off-shore oil and gas industry, the search and rescue industry, and third-party customers. Mr. Jenkins, who reported to the President, was part of a six-person management team and was responsible for relationships with the Original Equipment Manufacturers from an MRO perspective, such as Sikorsky, now Lockheed Martin; Eurocopter, now Airbus; AgustaWestland, now Leonardo – Finmeccanica; Bell; Rolls Royce; Turbomeca, now Safran Group; and Pratt & Whitney.

Mr. Jenkins has worked in corporate finance consulting for both PwC and Alvarez & Marsal, and has engaged in business and lived in Denver, Sydney, London and Vancouver with other major engagements in Belgium, China, Estonia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Norway and Scotland.
